主旨：公告113學年度學生轉系時程及相關事項。

說明：

一、申請日期：113年3月18日(星期一)起至113年4月12日(星期五)止。

二、保送升學之離島地區學生不得申請轉系，唯情況特殊報經原保送之地方政府同意者不再此限。

三、大一學生填寫申請自由轉系第一志願且同類組者，於原系當學年上下二學期之學業平均成績皆需達到60分以上，否則取消該生自由轉

系資格。

四、依前項規定大一學生上學期學業平均成績未達60分者，第一志願請勿再填同類組學系，否則取消轉系資格。

五、轉系（因學系要求或個人自願降轉）核定為降轉者，依規定其修業年限至少須修至大四下學期才可畢業。另符合成績優異學生提前畢業

實施辦法規定者可提出申請提前一學期畢業。

六、應填表單:

Subject: Application period and notification for change of major in the 113 School Year

Content:

1.Application period: 2024/3/18 (Mon.)-2024/4/12(Fri.)

2.Students, who are from offshore islands and were admitted to the university through the guaranteed admission process, apply

for change of major MUST have the permission from the original local government or the application will be dismissed.

3.Freshmen apply for change of major in the same field MUST have the average score of 60 or above in the first academic year, or

the application will be dismissed.

4.Freshmen whose average score in the first semester of the first academic year is lower than 60 are not allowed to apply for change

of major in the same field.

5. Change of major (due to departmental requirements or voluntary demotion) approved as demoted students ,must according to

regulations, complete their studies until at least the second semester of their senior year before graduation. Additionally,

students who meet the criteria for excellent academic performance and are eligible for early graduation may apply to graduate

one semester ahead, as stipulated by the regulations on early graduation implementation.
