【Student Housing Service Section Announcement】Announcement of the Winter Vacation Dormitory Application in 112 Academic Year

  1. Winter vacation stay requires application per regulations.
  2. Complete all steps below to ensure accommodation, internet, and access.
  3. Application period: 2023 DEC 1st – 2023 DEC 29th 16:00
  4. Accommodation fee: 120 NTD/day for undergrads only
    e.g., 35 days in total for the entire period x 120 NTD = 4,200 NTD.
  5. Check out Time for this semester:
    Undergrads - Before JAN 15th2023 16:00
    Master & Ph.D. – Before JAN 31st2023 16:00
  6. Staying period: 2024 Jan. 14th – 2024 Feb. 17th　(No breaks in stay allowed)
    Portal → Apply for stay during vacation → Print out application form → Signed by GAO/dept./teacher/instructor → Send to Student Housing Service Section for approval → Pay the fee at Office of General Affairs (Building 1) → Deliver the stamped form to Student Housing Service  Section
  7. For Master, Ph.D., and Japan Future Enrichment Program Freshmen who need to stay in dorm must register via QR code by Dec 29. No fee for winter stay.（Link）
  8. During Chinese New Year (from 2024. Feb. 7th1600 to Feb.15th 0800).
    (a)Dorms and cafeterias will be closed. (Except Family Mart in dormitory area)
    (b)Hot water in specified locations.
         Male 1stdorm: Section B of each floor
         Female 1stdorm Bathroom nearby room No. 13 of each floor.
    (c)For emergencies, contact the school military office at 03-4553698.
  1. During network switching time, simply connect the network cable and the internet will be available after 5 minutes.
    →Winter vacation network switching time: Jan 15th, 2023 at 10:00 am
