Faculty（of Any Nationality) Positions in the Department of Electrical Engineering (Program A), Yuan Ze University, Taiwan(2024)

1、Level Position : Assistant Professor or above.

2、Quota : 1.

3、Beginning date of employment : Feb. 1, 2025.

4、Qualifications : Obtained a PhD degree in electrical engineering from domestic or foreign institutions, with expertise in electrical, electronic, or information fields (outstanding researchers in related fields may also apply). Must possess a strong passion for teaching and service, teamwork spirit, ability to collaborate harmoniously with others, and proficiency in English for teaching.

5、Documents required for application include following items: (Deadline: Sep 30, 2024. Review of applications will begin on receiving and continue until the position is filled)

  • Personal resume, autobiography (including educational background and professional experience from university onwards, and areas of expertise).
  • A photocopy of the highest academic degree certificate. 【For those with foreign degrees, please submit a graduation certificate verified by an overseas representative office. Those who have not yet obtained their graduation certificate may submit a provisional degree certificate instead.】
  • Yuan Ze University Faculty Qualification Form https://www.yzu.edu.tw/admin/ho/index.php/en-us/downloaded-forms.
  • A photocopy of the transcript for the highest academic degree..
  • Representative works within the past five years (please include the full text of journal articles) and a catalog (indicating the sources). Include past research and significant achievements.
  • Two letters of recommendation (preferably one from an academic advisor if possible). Recommendations can be sent electronically by the recommender via email.
