各位教職員工生好：

 

莫德納XBB. 1.5疫苗免費接種活動

 

地點：元智大學 學生活動中心1F社會創新基地

時間：2024/04/26   13:00-14:30(14:00報到截止)

承辦單位：聯恩診所

 

 

(一)本次接種疫苗均為莫德納XBB.1.5疫苗，接種對象須符合以下條件：

１.滿6個月以上，未曾接種COVID-19莫德納XBB.1.5疫苗。

２.針對滿6個月至未滿5歲未曾接種者建議接種2劑，兩劑間隔4週(28天)以上；曾接種1劑單價或雙價Moderna者，與前一劑間隔4週以上接種1劑；曾接種1至2劑單價BNT者，依時程接續完成3劑疫苗接種［第1至2劑間隔4週以上，第2至3劑間隔8週(56天)以上〕；已完成基礎劑接種，與前一劑間隔3個月(84天)以上接種1劑。

3.滿5歲以上民眾接種1劑(曾接種者與前一劑間隔至少3個月)。

4.曾確診者，建議間隔3個月以上再接種。 

 

(二)莫德納XBB.1.5疫苗可與其他疫苗可同時、分開不同部位接種，亦可間隔任何時間接種。

Dear All:

 

Moderna XBB.1.5 Vaccination

 

Location: Yuan Ze University, Student Activity Center 1F, Social Innovation Base Time: 2024/04/26 13:00-14:30 (Registration closes at 14:00) Organizer: Lien En Clinic

(I) The vaccines administered during this event are all Moderna XBB.1.5 vaccines. The recipients must meet the following conditions:

  1. Age 6 months or older, and have not received the COVID-19 Moderna XBB.1.5 vaccine before.
  2. For those aged between 6 months and under 5 years who have not been previously vaccinated, it is recommended to receive 2 doses, with an interval of more than 4 weeks (28 days) between doses. For those who have received a single or double dose of Moderna previously, administer 1 dose with an interval of more than 4 weeks from the previous dose. For those who have received 1 to 2 doses of single-dose BNT, continue with the schedule to complete 3 doses of vaccination [interval of more than 4 weeks between the 1st and 2nd doses, and interval of more than 8 weeks (56 days) between the 2nd and 3rd doses]. For those who have completed the primary dose vaccination, administer 1 dose with an interval of more than 3 months (84 days) from the previous dose.
  3. For individuals aged 5 and above, administer 1 dose (with an interval of at least 3 months from the previous dose for those who have been vaccinated before).
  4. For those who have been previously diagnosed, it is recommended to wait for at least 3 months before re-vaccination.

(II) The Moderna XBB.1.5 vaccine can be administered simultaneously or separately at different sites from other vaccines, and can also be administered at any interval.

(III) Please refer to the vaccination instructions, assessment, and consent form for Moderna XBB.1.5 vaccine in the attached email.

(IV) Other Notices:

  1. Bring your National Health Insurance card.
  2. Non-university staff and students are also eligible for vaccination.
