一、本校依據行政院核定高等教育深耕計畫，為鼓勵經濟不利學生赴海外交流拓展視野，學習多元文化及培養全球移動能力，以有效提升高等教育促進社會流動功能。
In accordance with the approved Higher Education Deep Plowing Project approved by the Executive Yuan, our university aims to encourage economically disadvantaged students to broaden their horizons through overseas exchanges, learn about diverse cultures, and enhance their global mobility. This initiative effectively promotes the social mobility function of higher education.
二、申請日期：即日起至112年11月03日（星期五）止。
Application Period: From now until November 3rd, 2023 (Friday).
三、申請資格：凡符合高等教育深耕計畫定義之經濟不利學者，可提出申請並檢具相關證明文件，依規定申請日期前送達學務處生輔組。
Eligibility: Students who meet the definition of economically disadvantaged scholars as defined in the Higher Education Deep Plowing Project may apply and submit the relevant supporting documents to the Life Guidance Section before the specified deadline.
