一、申請方式：即日起至9月22日止向系所或相關單位提出申請推薦。
Application Method: Submit your application for recommendation to your department or relevant unit from now until September 22nd.
二、申請資格：凡符合學生獎勵辦法之規定者，可提出申請並檢具相關證明文件。
Eligibility: Students who meet the requirements of the Student Reward Regulations may apply and provide relevant supporting documents.
