【Notice of University President Nomination and Application, Yuan Ze University】

1. The candidates must meet the following criteria:
2. The Presidential Search Committee of Yuan Ze University, Taiwan, invites nominations and applications for the president’s position at this university starting from Feb. 1, 2022.
   • (1) Committed to the education ideals and the founding spirit of this university, demonstrating excellent leadership and being equipped with outstanding administrative experience.
   • (2) Possessing a distinguished record of academic achievement and reputation.
   • (3) Being a paragon with impeccable character and integrity.
   • (4) Meeting the qualifications stipulated by Act Governing the Appointment of Educators Article 10 (Please see below for detailed regulations).
3. A candidate should be nominated by one to five people who are full-time faculty members of the university, or full-time professors or researchers above the level of assistant professors at domestic or international universities (colleges) or other academic institutions, or alumni of this university; the nominees should acknowledge their acceptance of the nomination. A nomination will be considered invalid when the same nominator is found nominating two candidates.
4. The Presidential Search Committee will keep all candidates’ information and the entire search process confidential.
