  1. Teacher account shows a recent login within six months. Why is it still locked?
    • The "last login date" includes any interaction, such as logging in or requesting a password reset.
    • If you had not logged in for over six months previously and only recently reset your password, your account may still be locked.

  1. I am a new teacher, but my account is locked. Why?
    • If you previously used Turnitin as a student and had not logged in for over six months, your account may have been automatically locked when upgraded to a teacher account.
  2. The password reset link validity period has been shortened: The validity period for the password reset link has been reduced from 24 hours to 1 hour. Please be sure to change your password within the time limit.
