各位同學 大家好：

 為了讓生活區美食街及樂學廣場美食街攤商能提供同學們用餐時更適切的服務，宿服組將於 12/4~12/10進行104學年第一學期滿意度調查。

 本次問卷調查重點有：各攤商之服務態度、品質衛生、價格、健康飲食及整體滿意度。

凡參加本次問卷就有機會得到現金1000元等獎項共計15名，以電腦隨機抽出，中獎名單另行公告，歡迎同學踴躍上網填寫問卷。
