The BEST Conference & International Symposium on Biotechnology and Bioengineering kicks off at Yuan Ze University

The 27th BEST Conference & International Symposium on Biotechnology and Bioengineering in 2022 was held on June 24-25 at Yu-Ziang Hall of Yuan Ze University. In response to the changes and impact of the COVID-19 epidemic, global climate change and the net zero emission by  2050, the main theme of the conference is "The future and prospect of zero-carbon biotechnology in the post-epidemic era." Taoyuan City Mayor, Wen-Tsan Cheng, also delivered a remark, hoping that local and international experts and scholars from the industry, government and academic circles would promote more technological innovation and cooperation, and jointly contribute to a zero-carbon society in the future by biotechnology.
