Prof. Zong-Ping Peng gives speech at YZU Outlook Forum

Prof. Zong-Ping Peng of National Tsing Hua University, the former president of Yuan Ze University, was invited to National Development & Future of Scientific Education Outlook Forum held by YZU Office of Research and Development. Prof. Peng shared his view on the change and constant of Taiwan higher education. He is deeply concerned about the issues of education & talents cultivation, low birth rate & aging population, energy & industry and land plan. He brings up the two subjects into discussion that is advanced civilized society & international competition. Global cooperation and local employment are more and more important to higher education. Technical education is not only the key point for academic research, but also for national development.
