Five new graduates of Yuan Ze university launched social enterprise startup called “ NeighborCook”. The five alumni began highly interested in social enterprises after participating in the summer camp of Leadership Development & Social Innovation by Prof. Lowen Hsu from YZU College of Management. After one year and half of trial operations and business model tests, they celebrated the grand opening of NeighborCook on December 12th.
NeighborCook aims at the promotion of stepping down the proportion of unhealthy eating out and cutting down on wasted food. They prepare a platform for customers to exchange diet idea and provide a new choice of food by the application of sharing kitchen.
