YZU team develops pedestrian tracking system to analyze general merchandise

Prof. Duan-Yu Chen (陳敦裕) with students from Dept. Electrical Engineering developed Pedestrian Tracking system. They work with Far Eastern Big City Shopping Mall to investigate the number of daily pedestrians in the mall, which areas and how long visitors stay as an indicator of economic benefits.
