YZU holds Parents Day to gain Parents’ advice

Yuan Ze University Parents’ Day took place on Nov. 17th which improved two-way communication and improved parents to have a better understanding of what their child’s leaning and provide opinions for school management.

YZU has held Parents’ Day for 18 years and there are about 430 parents participate this event this year. Most of parents care about students’ study and future; in the meanwhile, they also suggest school to open more courses in English. YZU President Jyh-Yang Wu said the school establishes English-speaking environment for students that one-quarter curriculums are in English, and each college has English taught program. Besides, students can also enhance communication skills in the English Corner.
