Yuan Ze University celebrates its 34th anniversary to enhance the cohesion

Celebrating the 34th anniversary, Yuan Ze University held a sports day along with a community art festival, school fair, and exhibition on March 4th and widely invited high school students to the campus. YZU also arranged a banquet to enhance alums and the school’s cohesion.

President Ching-Jong Liao said that in the face of global higher education competition, Yuan Ze University has a blueprint for international education development with five strategies, including expanding the enrollment of foreign graduate students and the recruitment of foreign college students at their own expense, providing local students opportunities to study abroad; recruiting excellent overseas teachers, as well as creating an international and friendly environment, etc. The university is expected to have 20% foreign teachers in five years and become the most international university in Taiwan in 2027.
