YZU field trip overviews the landmarks and culture of Zhongli

Yuan Ze University College of General Studies arranged field trips for students to know fifteen historical landmarks and tourist attractions in Zhongli district.

YZU has opened the curriculum of “localized and diversified culture ” and held the field trips in three courses, Historical & Local Culture, Urban Cultural Narratives and Tour in Taoyuan history, for three semesters. This year, the teachers divided fifteen attractions into four theme tours consisting of plural religions and cultures, life concern & environmental education, street castles in Zhongli, and local living & memory that allow students to select freely.
