主旨:112學年度暑期課程預估開課資訊及學生上網登記時間方式。
說明:
一、自111學年度起各學系先行提供暑修課程開課資訊如【附件1】112學年度預開之暑修課暨各學系替代資訊表(請連結),請詳見各學系之替代課程資訊,是否可認列為各系替代科目,如有其他暑修課程認列相關問題,請洽詢學生所屬學系承辦人員,以免畢業資格審核時認列有所問題。
二、未於【附件1】所列之暑修課程,仍可於暑期課程預估開課時間上網登記,登記系統路徑:元智首頁/選課系統:

三、 開放登記時間:113.04.22(星期一)AM9:00 ~113.04.26(星期五)PM4:00。
四、 登記方式:請用你的學號(學號前+s,例:s901234)及電子郵件密碼來登入「暑期開課預估登記系統」。系統登入帳號及密碼相關問題請洽資服處。
五、 注意事項:
(一)本次登記僅供預估人數之用,正式開放選課科目與選課繳費日期,教務處將另行公告(約於5月底,請同學注意公告)。
(二)同學可依自己的需求登記欲修科目,為使估算正確,每人登記以十八學分為上限。
(三)預估課程以學生本系科目為主,包括通識科目與未修科目等。預估選課不限登記曾修不及格的科目。
(四)暑修資格:本校在學學生可暑修(休學者除外),優先順序:應屆畢業生、不及格、轉學生、輔系、雙主修、停修者等。
(五)開課標準:各科目以選修人數滿十五人始得開課為原則。
(六)於公告確定開課日後,已註冊繳費者,一律不得申請退費。
六、 學生跨系選修課程之收費標準依開課班級之收費標準收取(依教育部台(九0)高(四)第九00三七一一四號函辦理)。即若管理學院學生選修工程學院課程,應以工程學院學分費為繳納標準。
本系統僅開放予大學部學生使用。

Content:
1.Since the 111-academic year, each department has provided information on the opening of summer courses in advance such as[Appendix 1] 112-academic year pre-opened summer course and each department’s alternative information table, please refer to the information of each department’s alternative course for details. It is recognized as an alternative subject by each department. If you have any questions about the recognition of other summer courses, please contact the department staff of the student’s department to avoid problems in the recognition of the graduation qualification review.
2.For summer courses not listed in Appendix 1, you can still register online at the estimated start time of the summer course. Please follow the path: YZU homepage/Course Selection System.

3.Sign-up period: 113.04.22 (Mon.) 9 a.m.- 113.04.26 (Fri.) 4 p.m.
4.Sign-up: Use student ID number and email password to log in the “summer course online registration system” (Put an “s” in front of your student ID, example: s901234) and e-mail password. Please contact Office of Library and Information Services for farther questions.
5.Notification:
(1)This sign-up is only for estimation of the number for summer courses. The official date of course selection and the deadline of payment will be announced by the Office of Academic Affairs. (It will be announced at the end of May. Please refer to the announcement.)
(2)Students are free to register for any courses depending on personal needs. For having accurate estimation, each student can sign-up for no more than 18 credits.
(3)During this estimation period, credits from any courses will be calculated.
(4)Sign-up qualification: All YZU enrolled students (excluded students who apply for suspension). Order of priority: upcoming graduates, students who fail the course, transfer students, students who take minor/double major, and finally students who apply for withdrawing course.
(5)The standard of running a course: each course should at least have 15 students.
(6)While the course list is announced, students who have finished payment cannot apply for payment refund.
6.The fees for students taking cross-department elective courses shall be charged according to the fees for the classes offered (handled in accordance with the Ministry of Education Letter No.90037114). That is, if students from the College of Management choose to take course from College of Engineering, the payment standard should be the credit fee from the College of Engineering.
This system is only open to undergraduate students.
