Online Application for Graduate Degree Qualifying Examination of Spring 2018

Notifications:

     1.Beginning from the semester of Spring 2018, applications for graduate degree qualifying examination shall be filed online:

          (1) Application timeframe: Applications shall be filed to the department between Mar.2^nd and Apr.20 ^th, 2018 designated in the school calendar.

          (2) Cancellation deadline: Cancellations shall be made by Jul.19^th, 2018.

     2.On-line application system:

          (1) Filing an application: YZU homepage> Portal > Learning Portfolio >Graduation Degree Qualifying Examination。Instructions

          (2) Verification process of the Department: YZU homepage>Portal>Administrative Affair> Secretary> Graduation Degree Qualifying Examination。

          (3) Verification process by advisor: YZU homepage>Portal>Teaching file> Graduation Degree Qualifying Examination。Instructions

          (4) Please refer to the system manuals online.

      3.Electronic Theses and Dissertations:

            (1) Upload theses or dissertations within the timeframe: From Feb.26 ^th,2018  to Jul. 31^st, 2018.

            (2) Must be uploaded by Jul 31 ^st, 2018. (students who pass the deadline are not eligible for Spring 2018 graduation and shall wait to apply for Fall 

                 2018  graduation)
