If you have not received the verification email multiple times, please check if your email is set to forward messages to an external mailbox. We recommend following the instructions below to disable the forwarding setting.

★ Not receiving the "verification email": If you have enabled the "automatic email forwarding" in the school’s Web Mail, it has been noted that this setting may cause delays or lead to the external mailbox rejecting the email after it is forwarded from the school’s mailbox. If you did not select the option to keep a copy of the original message, the school’s mailbox will not retain a copy, and the external mailbox might not receive the email due to delay (verification emails from the Academic Ethics Center are valid for 2 hours) or rejection. To ensure you receive the verification email from the Academic Ethics Center promptly, we recommend disabling automatic forwarding in your school mailbox, or go to [Personal Settings] -> [Mail Handling] -> [Automatic Forwarding] and check the "Keep a copy" option. This will ensure that the verification email is received by the school mailbox and you can complete the course enrollment smoothly.
