The application for the Theme-based Study Group is in the final countdown stage. Students who want to participate in the Study Group and haven’t formed a team yet, please hurry up. The application deadline is 24:00 on 03/09 (Saturday). Remember to complete the application during this period. If you miss it, you will have to wait until next semester! Students who have not yet completed the third step of joining the Study Group should also complete it early.
Step 1: Establish the study group (established by the group leader).
Step 2: Add members (4-7 people).
Step 3: Add books and periodicals (add all reading lists).
Step 4: Event registration (submitted by the group leader).

(Log in to the Study Group system → [我的讀書會(My Study Group)] Choose your team name → [活動申請(Activity Application)] Sign up immediately after filling out the information → Press the [儲存書刊，立刻報名] (Save Book, Register Immediately) button to complete the registration!!)
After submitting the data, you will not be able to add, delete, or change the book list and members. Please confirm that the information you filled in is correct before submitting it. To avoid delaying subsequent schedules, if you cannot submit the data normally due to system problems during the application process, please take a screenshot of the screen and send an email to
※Please note the following
🔸The number of members in the group is recommended to be between 4-7 people (too few members will not pass the inspection). The same member cannot be the applicant for two groups (including). There is no limit to the number of groups you can participate in.
🔹Number of books: Please consider the amount of books you can read in one semester (to avoid not being able to finish reading, and not being able to upload reflections or plagiarizing reflections at the end of the semester).
🔸Book purchase amount: The maximum amount for each team is $5,000 for Chinese groups and $7,000 for English groups (please wait for the announcement of subsidized groups before purchasing books according to the approved amount).
🔹Application reason: Please fill in the application reason for each book properly (do not copy the introduction of books from the internet).
