2. The Ministry of Education conducts evaluations every 3 to 4 years. This inspection reference guideline is divided into three major categories: "Administrative Procedures and Teaching Support," "Teaching Platforms and Course Material Production Services," and "Courses and Teaching." Among these, "Administrative Procedures and Teaching Support" and "Teaching Platforms and Course Material Production Services" focus on the overall implementation planning of distance education at the institutional level, including administrative support, implementation platforms, and quality evaluation procedures. Additionally, "Courses and Teaching" pertains to the inspection of graduation credit requirements and the quality of each distance education course. For details, please refer to the Ministry of Education's guidelines for evaluating the implementation effectiveness of distance education (e-learning) courses in higher education institutions.

3.  If the number of credits from distance education courses exceeds one-third but does not exceed one-half of the total graduation credits, it must be reported to the Ministry. For details, please refer to the checklist for the establishment and quality assurance of distance education courses.

1. The teacher shall complete the self-assessment at the end of the semester according to the“Self-assessment and Evaluation Form”, and attach supporting materials.

2. The curriculum committee of the course unit shall complete the evaluation in the next semester according to the“Self-assessment and Evaluation Form”, and then submit it to the curriculum committee meeting of the college and the university for deliberation.

Portal：

Teachers are requested to use the Portal Virtual Classroom’s textbook/ learning discussion/ grades/ student and assistants/ absenteeism/ flipped classroom/ platform homework announcement, submission, automatic reminder/ textbook statistics, login discussion, homework record and statistics/ add homework function, peer review, student homework mutual review and other functions, so that the virtual classroom system can retain records for members to enter the virtual classroom of the school to view and review.

1.  The videos recorded during the class will be stored in the conversation, and students can click to watch and download them. The film will be automatically saved in OneDrive. The recorded video materials shall be kept for at least five years as the review materials for the Ministry of Education to evaluate the implementation effect of distance learning or receive interviews.
